Reservations Policy

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. Certain rates and periods designated by the hotel require full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations can be cancelled at no charge to the guest if done so by 6pm, seven days prior to arrival (unless a rate plan requiring immediate and full payment, which does not allow for cancellations, was booked). Should a guest fail to cancel by this time, a late cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first two nights and tax will apply. If a guest fails to check-in, the hotel will charge the guest a ‘no-show charge’ equal to the amount of the first two nights and tax. Rate Plans requiring immediate payment at the time of reservation, do not allow cancellations and no refunds will be given in the event of early departures, no show or cancellation.
  • A valid credit card and picture ID is required at check-in.
  • At check-in, May-Dee Suites will authorize the guest’s credit card for estimated incidental expenses for the entire stay, usually $250.00. Any unused authorization will be released at check-out. We discourage the use of debit cards as the release time of authorizations depends on the guest’s bank.
  • Guests may receive standard letters, carrier envelopes and boxes free of charge.
  • If you leave earlier than your departure date (no refunds) will be given.
  • Parking is always free at May-Dee Suites and May-Dee Suites will not be held liable or responsible for lost, stolen or damages done to your vehicle.
